Hi,

I was upgraded to FTTP + VOIP on the 30 October and now use the Fast 5464 router that was sent before the install. I returned the old Fast 5364 router using the returns bag and prepaid label enclosed with the new router on the 16/11/2023.

The Royal Mail Tracking Number XE965372368GB shows the item was delivered to TalkTalk on the 17/11/2023.

It seems that there is a fairly common problem of a £50 charge being falsely applied for non-return of equipment even if it has been so to avoid this I would be grateful if the Tracking Number could be added to my account as proof of return.

We have added your account and tracking number to the exemption list, there wont be any charge.
