Social Tarrif

My 90 year old mother in social housing and on pension credits is being charged £50+ per month, I ve heard about the social tariff for such people but can't find any evidence of this on the website. I would appreciate any help on where to find this to change her extremely high bills for the tiniest of usage. Many thanks in advance.

We dont offer social tarrifs, but if she paying that much it would suggest that she is out contract and paying the full price for a service, If you have power of attorney then you would need to call the loyalty team ( 03451720088) 
who can renew the contract and reduce the bill.
