I've recently changed to Fibre65 with TalkTalk TV 4K.  I've been charged £2.75 for a paper bill which I didn't ask for.  I am unable to find whereabouts I can change this on my account.

Do you have more than one account?   the number in your profile shows not registered

Of course I'm registered.  I'm logged into my account now.  Why else would I say I couldn't find how to do it in my account.  Sorry, I realise  that sounds a bit rude. but I did imply I had an account.

You need to be registered for My Account, your account is showing as not registered. follow the  process via the my account website www.talktalk.co.uk/login/
