Strange Bill

Hi Arne,

 

I have just had my latest bill in with a very small increase above my fixed price. However, when looking at it, there are two "Fibre 150" charges & two "Fibre 150 Reversal" credits. The second set of these match & hence no extra charge. The first pair do not match. As the upgrade was free, please can you make sure that the bill will not keep getting this wrong?

Ill see if i can find out, but I cant see a reason for the 1p more.

I just can't see why it is 1p more expensive than my fixed price. I know it is only a penny, but it is the principle of the matter.
