TV and mobile services

My wife was the user of both of these services however she has recently died and so I have no further need of these services.

Please tell me how I can go about removing them.

I would still like to retain my broadband (Fibre 65) connection even though the speed is not what it should be.

It could have been removed by simply phoning the number I gave you back in May, @chalkiessoup2.

 

It's likely that staff just didn't follow up on here if you didn't "bump" the thread to trigger further action.

 

I'll re-escalate this thread again anyway to ensure that it is back in the queue for attention.

 

Another option is to contact Chat, @chalkiessoup2.

Sorry to hear about your loss, @chalkiessoup2.

 

If you are the account holder, there shouldn't be a problem simply cancelling the bits and pieces that you don't want, but if she was the account holder, I think you need to speak to the bereavement team to get everything sorted out:

If you are the account holder, phone to get the TV part removed: 03451 720088

 

For mobile services, speak to that team. 03451 720044
