Taking money out of my bank when in hospital

For 3 years TalkTalk. has been taking money out of my bank account.All this took place when l had long stays in hospital .TT gave me a free mobile and this is what l used before going into hospital to cancel TT.l canceled with an adviser,if l understand him correctly he was an Egyptian.l only found out TT was doing this when Age UK gave me this tablet.Even then it was hard work for TT stop taking payments.I contacted CEO Tristia Harrison who put a man on my case.He was heavy handed and abrupt.He had no compassion for a sick vulnerable adult.He asked for historic details that was difficult after 3 years.TT has those details because its on the payments they were keep taking.l told him l was on a list for an advocate,he didn't want to know,he did not want to wait.

I'm sorry to hear of your problems, but I'm not sure staff here will be able to help as normally they are not able to get involved if the CEO office are dealing with your complaint.

 

However, you are in the staff's queue for a response.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
