2 accounts on same email address

Migrated from Shell Energy to Talk Talk, but both mine & my sons email address is the same. I'm now unable to log into my Talk Talk account, as its bringing my sons account details and not mine.

Thank you,  I have requested that the email address is removed from your account so that you can re-register your account with a different email address.  

 

Will let you know when this is done.

Hi @Betty_186 I didn't think this was possible but I learn something everyday! 😉 (Do you receive each others emails?)

As you cannot log into your account you could ask your son to login to his account and it should then be straightforward for him change his email address. At the moment it is not possible to create new Talktalk email addresses but a Gmail or such is accepted.

 

You might wish to wait till tomorrow when the excellent @Ady-TalkTalk and/or @Arne-TalkTalk  will be able to confirm my advice.
