TalkTalk can’t close my account

Thats the online account (My Account) which remains active for 12 months.

@adamrobinson, I've removed the 2nd image as it displays the account number, which you shouldn't do in a public thread.

The account remains accessible for about a year after closing a service for those customers who need to check back through old bills for reference purposes.

Your account is cancelled as of the 20/10/24  you where sent 2 bills afterwards as the account was in credit and a refund was required,   The last bill you received showing £0 is the final bill.  

You will not receive any further bills.
