I used live chat to request a call from the retention team as I need to cancel my services. I requested they call me between 1-6pm, but they called me at 12pm when I was working. I have tried to phone the number 03451720088 but I cannot get through to anyone. When I enter my information and say I want to cancel, it says "Sorry, your call cannot be completed" and hangs up.
I would really like to get this cancelled today to start the 30 days.

The cancel is going through.
A returns bag will be sent to you, just return any routers we have sent you and we will recycle them.

HI, I've experienced the same, but finally managed to get through and think I have requested my account is cancelled but not overly confident... the call handler seemed more interested in trying to get me to stay with TalkTalk! They did however mention that I would have to return ALL my equipment or I would be charged. Other than a router which is at least 4 year old what do I need to return???
