Trying to cancel

I used the bot thing to get to cancel and actually got a real person who said everything was cancelled and someone would then call me. No one called me but I had an email voicemail which i can't access. What is tbis.. am I cancelled??

Well that's stupid. Why would an agent say it was all cancelled when it isn't. Why didnt he just say...we can't cancel this way please call us? It was like 10 days ago

There is no cancellation showing on your account , best option is to call us (03451720088 ), 

 

Cancellation usually take 30 days

You MUST phone to cancel if you missed that phone call from them, @Nicolat7515 .

 

We always recommend calling in the first place, NOT using Chat, as the Chat agents are not authorised to process cancellations. Hence their follow up call.

 

Unless you reply in person, no, you have not cancelled. 

 

Call 03451 720088 before 7pm on a weekday,  9am -6pm on Saturdays.
