Unlimited UK Calls Boost-I can't turn it off and I keep paying £16 for an unused landline phone. Please help with removing it. I called the Talk Talk Call Centre, they were supposed to call back but they didn't.

Now I keep paying for an unused phone and can't turn that add off .

My Boost is all set at zero but I still pay £16 a month .

I can't count on the help from TT Call Centre, we are having a communication problem 😉.

Please help with this issue.
