Unable to log into my account, loading dashboard page haning

Hi every time i log onto my account the loading your dashboard page just continues to be shown and will not proceed to my account?  Also i was seeing a strange message on my devices from a router called talktalkrouter.ian?  This was showing location of Wuhan China?  I have been bale to log into my router and change the password.  Please can someone advise on the log in issue?

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Hi @srobertsuk 

 

This isn't an email issue so I will move the post to Billing for the MyAccount login issue. 

 

Try a different browser or clear cookies and cache for the existing browser and disable any Ad blocker or tracker blocking as this can hold up the sign in.

 

The router login is normal so far as I can tell from your description.
