Hi,
we have just transferred over from Shell and successfully set up our account and made a card payment. I wish to set up a direct debit however, after navigating to the relevant page and inputting account details and sort code etc, I am unable to “update details” as it is asking me to confirm that I am the account holder and there is no additional “check box” to click on to fulfil this request. My correct details are auto filled in the account holder section and I am unable to edit this anyway. Anyone else experiencing this?

There have been several instances of customers who migrated from Shell having their Direct Debit payments fail recently due to a glitch, @WrayH.
Wait for staff to clarify whether this system fault has now been sorted or whether to pay again by card for now.
