I renewed my contract on 24th July, hassle free compared with some previous attempts.
I should have known better.
At the weekend I received a paper copy of my bill for which I was charged £2..75.
As I have been paperless billing for more years than I can remember this charge is obviously wrong.
I logged into my account and found I had been set up for paper billing - Presumably on renewal.
I have now changed this and would request the £2.75 wrongly charged is credited back to my account.

A credit has been raised for this incorrect charge, we are investigating why upon renewal, the billing method was switched.
