When I changed my package recently to fibre 35 my new contract stated that I would receive Unlimited UK calls free for the term of my contract which is 18 months (see attached confirmation e mail) this would mean a bill payment of £26.00 per month. On the bill I have just received they have charged me £14.00 per month for the UK unlimited calls making my bill a total of £39.00. This was not what I agreed to, as you can see from my confirmation e mail dated 17/05/21 regarding my new package the unlimited UK calls should be free for the term of the contract. Please explain why this charge has been made.
