I just upgraded to Fibre 500 and because I am in the middle of the current contract with talktalk the guy over the phone said there is £30 fee for cancelling old contract. I've got the welcome email from TalkTalk and is said that there is Setup Fee £60 + P&P £9.99.
I'm lost now. So I am going to be charged £90 all together? Why there is a setup fee?

Thanks for your post
Because its an upgrade there shouldn't be a contract breakage fee as you are remaining as a customer, The setup fee is because full fibre requires an engineer to install extra equipment.
