When do I receive info on claiming my £100 voucher as promised from retentions

As part of my renewal offer by retentions I was promised £100 voucher. When do I receive details re claiming?

You should receive an email from giftcloud after 90 days. 

 

If you haven't heard anything after that time I can chase this up.

I contacted talktalk and via WhatsApp chat on their new system managed to receive the info . Much easier dealing on whatsap.

Make sure that your profile information is up to date with your Talktalk phone number  / account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES.
