Why do I pay more money ?

I only use broadband. No TV, no phone. And my internet speed is currently 156 mb. I pay £35.70 for Total due (including VAT) but it is the same price as a full fibre 500 or 525 mb package. Why am I paying the same price for a faster internet package when I have less internet speed?

The price you pay was the amount you agreed to when you took out your contract, Or if your contract has expired the normal monthly cost of the package without a lengthy contract. Your contract ends date is shown in My Account.
Staff here can confirm but if you wish to discuss your pricing you will need to phone and speak to the loyalty team ask you cannot negotiate pricing or contracts on the forum.
Try phoning 0345 172 0088
