I paid up in July and have done so for many years.
I have NOT cancelled my recurring payment, but haven't a clue which card it was.
It's not possible to send an e-mail to billing, unfortunately.
All suggestions gratefully received. Thanks in advance.
P.S. There are no highlighted errors, so I cannot correct them...

same here I made a manual payment as requested by talktalk and got the same email you did asking me to re-instate the recurring payment

Recurring card payments are not working at the moment as we are changing suppliers, so we are asking customers who use this method to make a one off payment in the meantime either online or via the phone.
