I accepted the upgrade to fibre 35 with the offer of amazon prime voucher for year membership in march 21 . However despite several promises from your call centre this has not been delivered yet.  Please can you action. Thank you

Sorry that you have not received the code, I have re-escalated this for you asking for the team responsible to send out the code ASAP.

Thanks for your reply but it is now 53 days since my last request on 11th June 2021 and assurance from talktalk that the prime code was ordered and was on its way and to wait for 30 days. Is this a scam offer?????
