My bill is normally £20.13. In July i was debited £29.59. Why is there an increase?

Have you checked your bill it is fully itemized , I suspect as this is your first bill with us its pro rata charges from the start of your service with us upto your new bill.

Everything is detailed on your bill, @Yogagirl24. Don't just go by the notification email. You need to sign into My Account and check all the information.
