trying to download my bill. the bills page is not loading (more than an hour wait) . everything else ok, so it is with talktalk's website.

 

when will it be fixed please?

The service status is for upcoming maintenance on the 22nd,  My Account is functioning right now, clear cookies and cache and retry, also try a different browser.

No, still not available, because although the maintenance was scheduled to be finished, it is still not complete. The maintenance message has not been updated with a new time though.

 

It's no wonder I did not find the service status page - on searching the help for 'service status' I get pointers to eeros, callsafe, fibre connections and a lot of other irrelevant stuff. And that is with me knowing there is a service status page somewhere.

 

I did actually find it eventually - it's now called something else, forget what

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Thank you very much, I should have spotted that, though the service status page did not appear as an option.

 

Mind you, if I was responsible for maintenance I'd make sure the customer got a message saying 'sorry, we're under maintenance', rather than simply stalling and leaving people struggling and thinking 'damn talktalk failing again'....
