Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available

I stand by my earlier posts: an existing customer choosing to upgrade to Full Fibre will not pay any installation fees.

@rushy7 Where have you been told differently? Have you actually contacted TalkTalk about a possible upgrade?

It depends on what Talktalk feels like offering both old and new customers at the time, @rushy7  and @ferguson.

When people join/upgrade a fee may show but be credited back on the same bill, so cancelled out.

Currently advertised on the site as:

These figures are here:

When I joined, they frequently advertised "no joining fee" but charged it AND removed it. Variations of this practice continue all these years later, so it's best to phone up and check.

The wriggle room is covered by "up to" in the wording.

I am still not with you. If you wish to upgrade to Full Fibre as an existing customer then there are no installation costs paid by the customer.

Why don't new customers pay installation costs? No loyalty to long time customers, very poor

I am not sure I understand? Are you looking for an upgrade to Full Fibre from FTTC? If so, there are installation costs which are included.
