I would like to speak to a living being please, I signed up with talk talks last January (2022) and am still yet to receive my vouchers!!! and to add insult to injury I've recently received a message saying if I wish to sign up for another 24 months I will  receive (or not) a 75 voucher!!!

Ridiculous that there is no way to speak to someone, I'm sure I'd get to speak to someone if I stopped paying my bill

@Tracywalton, find the "help with your service" list in the community menu and pick "broadband".

 

Once in there, click on start a topic and your new post will be in the queue for attention.

 

You will also need to complete your community forum profile details so go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Staff will need to identify your account from your Talktalk phone number or account number, so complete Personal Information and scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

@finaldiner, yours was a billing issue, setting up your deal, which can't be done through the forum anyway. 

 

@Tracywalton's is best dealt with through the forum but in her own thread on the appropriate relevant message board.

Contacting TalkTalk on the phone is a very long-winded business and can be quite grim – the English spoken by the operators is usually far from perfect and often difficult to understand. However, it's worth all the waiting because they will probably offer you a much better deal than those available online. For example, I just got 25% off my monthly bill by calling them whereas, if I'd gone with the deal available to me on the website, I would actually have ended up paying 10% more that I have been.

You need to speak directly to Talktalk about this on 03451 720088, @Marcia-7*, as they need to remove it properly from your contract.

I am returning to you the TV Hubb box which you kind;y sent me to replace the Old you view + box which did not support ITVX.  I cannot cope with this I feel as  have gone back ten years.    have been with talktalk for years and am very disappointed with this system.   I hAVE NOW HAD TO PURCHASE A RECORDER and have it installed which i can bow use easily.   Would you please alter my account and deduct the £5  from my bill.   I would like confirmation that you have done this

Talk talk is no good you can’t get to talk to neone don’t go with talk talk 2 things they well say u od them money and u well not get to talk to man or woman plz don’t go with talk talk there ones out there that when you ring u get a man or woman Y wood u won’t this *@#][!![]'#[@#]!* in your life I don’t know I can walk away I paid my money and send them what they need it to say I paid I send picks of my Piaf bill but still they till me I have 2 accounts talk talk is full of it I was going to say they till u what u woood like to here but when u won’t to talk to man or woman u can’t don’t go with talk talk if something gos wrong you’re on your own talk talk is lies and more lies
