Just received a paper bill with a charge for paper bill included.

Have never had this before but cannot log in to my account to check as my details are not recognised. Is the system working properly?

Our stars have removed the account number form the open community, please do not post any account information publicly , can you update your community profile with the account number as the current one does not show an active account.

Just tried to change Myaccount login details and system says my email address does not exist.

Yet I still get email there. What is wrong?
