Hi @trevado
Because you where billed quarterly with Shell , that bill method carries over to us.
So to confirm it is a quarterly bill.

It will indicate the period it covers in the detail of the bill, @trevado.
If you are a former Shell Customer, some migrated accounts seem to have a quarterly billing cycle.
You can also check by calling the Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (9am - 7pm), if that's the case.
