Hi
In April 2024 I was offered a new 12 month contract, at a reduced price £20/month, and also a £100 Amazon voucher for joining. TalkTalk even sent me the contract documents.
However, I have never been put onto this contract and have been charged £34.95/month since then. I have never received the voucher
I emailed the billing team about this over a week ago but have not had a reply, despite them claiming to respond with two working days

Always check sooner that a new contract has been set up correctly.
You are notified every month by email of the exact amount and Talktalk does expect customers to read these emails and contact them immediately if something doesn't seem right.
