the web interface doesn't accept my bank sort code 04 00 04 to change the bank details of the direct debt, anyone has had this problem too?

Ensure your community forum profile details are complete for staff to identify your account.

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information.

Add your Talktalk landline number/ account number where it asks for the Talktalk phone number. SAVE CHANGES.
