I have restrictions on my servies for over 2 weeks now and I have paid the bill owed but I was told yesterday that there is a technical problem on there end with them not being able to uplift them fully and they also said that they don't know what date it will be fixed which I am finding it very hard to understand what is so wrong they also said that it is the same with other customers also

Sorry that you are having problems.
There was a system issue that stopped the removal of the bar i was told this was fixed last week, So I will escalate this again to have the bar removed ASAP.
