i am having trouble connecting my Blink sync module to my TalKTalk router, every time i try to connect to the Blink servers it says i have entered a incorrect password for my wifi when this is not true, the password i'm entering is correct. I have been into my router and set up a 2.4 ghz Guest wifi account and have tried to connect using this, but still no joy. any help would be much appreciated. Thankyou.

Hi,
It needs to be on the same network as all the devices.
What devices are installed on your network? Doorbell? Cameras? Are these on your guest network or main one?
Have you tried resetting the module with the button on the module? If not try this.
