Hi, I have been having issues with broadband for about a month now contacted support and they have said line is fine and have changed the broadband channel, but I am still having issues even when connected via Ethernet. The lights on the router no longer work , it’s on but we don’t have no white light so I think it’s a faulty router. I asked the suppprt about a new router and got ignored, is there any way to get a new router ?

I have checked tonight and it’s working fine and the speed is back up, can I ask what the issue was as yesterday I was getting 2mbs

Just before I book the engineer, I've just run a line test, it's not picking up any issues and your current sync speed is well above the guaranteed minimum for your line. Could you run a couple of speed tests and let me know how you get on

Yes if you can confirm when an engineer will be able to come ? We aren’t available from Thursday this week across the weekend as we are away staying with a family member, but will be back from next week

So I have tested in the master socket and it’s still the same the WiFi is getting slower by the day, our master socket is loose it has been loose since the day it was installed but that has never been an issue
the phone has a dialling tone and seems okay, just the broadband that seems to be the issue, which I would like to get resolved

Hi, it’s arrived and still the same issues internet is painfully slow when connecting via WiFi and Ethernet
it seemed to pick up a fault then it says can’t find fault on line done all the diagnostics and still the same.( as per the pictures)
what’s the next steps as I’m paying for internet at the moment which is unuseable ?
