Broadband down fault reporting doesn't work

My broadband has been down since this morning. I have a fault reference of REP-14256505 but no response and it's been hours and not just 5 minutes.

 

Chat doesn't work. I tried at 11:05 and got no response. I tried a fresh chat at 12:01 and this time got a 'we're busy' message.

 

How do I progress my fault to a resolution. (The DSL light is on but not data connection. I've rebooted the modem to no effect)
