hello,
my broadband drops of at various times in the day. The worst time being about 9.30am when I can be in a zoom meeting and have to restart or wait. Is there a reason why it drops out at about 9.30am? I haven’t monitored other times but it does happen during the day and in the evening!

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the connection looks stable. Can I just confirm, are you connected wireless when your connection drops?
