Are you talking about apps on your TV or on the TV Hub box supplied by TalkTalk?
What have you tried to rectify the situation?
Have you checked that your devices and apps are up to date?
Have you rebooted the router?
Do you get any error messages?
If can let us know we can the offer more tailored advice.

Can you give a little more info, is this on a smart TV or a TalkTalk TV Box ?
Are there any errors ?
Is the device connected to the router , and how - via Wi-Fi or ethernet ?
