Broadband speeds Not as per contract - Im being throttled!

Sice Shell sold out to Talk Talk my Broadband has been unreliable and consistently signifiantly lower speed than when with Shell. Last 3 years with shell &^ mbps down and 15 - 19 up.
Talk Talk either nothing or < 10 mbps down and mostly nothing or < 5 Mbps Up.

Is iot worth persevring with this shower as the first attempt to log the issue resulted in a 4 hour phonecall an dthen they wanted me to play at telecom engineer. 

 

Nothing has changed my end the only change is now im directly on Talk talk rather than Shell backed up by Talk Talk. 

Either fix your network and stop throttling my speed or Ill be forced to take you to small claims for breach of contract and leave.

All queries regarding Shell customers are dealt with by the Shell Migration Team.

 

This includes loss of or reduction in service.

 

The Shell systems, including access to the network, are separate.

Staff don need access to shell systems. Why would you even say that? TT needs to deliver the speeds on the contract that I took out and that they now need to deliver on after having taken over from Shell.

Currently I cant even do a speed check as there's zero speed infact no connection!

I'm sorry to hear your issues but staff here do not have access to Shell systems, even though it's provided by TalkTalk and TalkTalk will not have made an changes just because they have taken over the billing.

 

You will need to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here have limited or no access to the Shell systems.
When you call is answered be specific and ask for the Shell  migration team.
