I had a problem with Internet connection, now I have connection I cannot get talk talk to come and change faulty socket, but keep sending bills for all the time I was without Internet, but cannot get anyone to speak to, ????

If you had no internet for an extended period, after it's resolved you should receive compensation within 30 days:

Complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Add your Talktalk landline number/ account number in the Personal Information area of your profile. Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu: Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
