Can't Disable HomeSafe in Security Settings

I'm unable to disable HomeSafe in my Security Settings page. I can enable/disable the other features such as Scam Protection and KidSafe but HomeSafe has no such controls.

 

Any tips on how to disable HomeSafe?

Hi nambuso,

 

The guidance at the link you provided does not work.

It says to turn off HomeSafe in the Security Settings; I do not have this option. There are no On/Off options for HomeSafe.
