Hi
I have rebooted my router and checked to see that the connections are ok. What are my next steps please? I'm on Broadband, and normally get 60-70Mbps.
Thanks
ToneTone

Hi
I also did a connection test on the main website. They seem to have identified fault, and OpenReach have been informed/. Hopefully a solution is on its way.
Thanks

Hi,
Have you tried turning the router off for 30 minutes to start a new session?
Did that help?
You could try a pin reset using the hole in the back of the router. This will reset the router to factory settings, but be aware that if you have changed the network name and password, these too will reset so you will have to change again.
Did this help?
Staff are not back until Monday and you are in their queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
