Hi,
I was migrated from Shell Energy to TalkTalk but I need to access my migrated account. The problem is I am already an existing TalkTalk broadband customer for another property. And need to know how to go about accessing my migrated account.
Kindly advise.

I've never got stuck with phoning, so I don't know what is going on there.

I appreciate your response @Gliwmaeden2. I've tried to ring. The automated system asks for my mobile number which when entered does not let me past that stage, asking for it again.
Will try to find the Shell Migration Team contact information. If you have it, that would save me a lot of hassle.

You'll need to phone 03451 720088 or Chat and speak to the Shell Migration team, @brianfade.
Forum staff don't usually deal with the Shell Migration issues.
The phone number or account number on old bills should help with identification.
