Can’t find my address

I would like to order broadband at my address but i can’t find it in the options. I believe my address has not been registered yet

You need to start your own thread, @Jia_Es.

 

Return to the message board and click on start a topic.

 

Talktalk is not always available absolutely everywhere and for specific packages it may be unavailable (eg Fibre to the Premises) but available on the copper line (ordinary Fast Broadband or Fibre to the Cabinet) etc.

I would like to order broadband at my address but i can’t find it in the options. I enquired with another broadband provider and they were able to find the address, I don't know why I can't find it on talktalk's database. Can you help me please

Im afraid we cant register your address for you, Is your address registered with royal mail? 

 

BT Openreach who supply the line use that database once that is done it will show up but may need a further survey

 

Is the house a new build by any chance?
