@Lavinia3, please never put any sort of personal details in the public thread.
Anything like that can be added in Private Notes, at the end of Personal Information, and SAVE CHANGES.
The account holder's details should show the relevant Talktalk phone number or account number, in Personal Information.
The area is accessed via your avatar, settings etc.
Particularly in these circumstances, you are advertising the fact that the tenant is not living there, so an empty house could now be vulnerable.
At all times, avoid posting that sort of information as these forums otherwise become a great place for scammers to harvest information.
