After spending over an hour reporting a fault an engineer was arranged to visit on 9th Dec24. This was eventually cancelled today after the link from the txt wasn't responding after several attempts and eventually the red cancel worked only to indicate that I was too late to cancel!! I spoke to Emily at 11.08, who explained that they are having problems with the link and that I had in fact cancelled in time! I requested written notification and told this would be by txt within 5 minutes.......still waiting 7 hours later. This is a shocking customer service which is not even based in UK!! I'm only with TalkTalk because of migration from Shell {with them for years with no problems). Timeline link brings up no indication whatsoever!!. All I want is notification of the cancellation. This will go on file as I can see future complications!!
