Devices now (+20 minutes )report connection to the router but no internet connection and router is displaying orange & white flashing lights.

All help appreciated.

Hi lucus_j,

Your internet connection appears to be up and running at the moment, is everything OK at your end?

As I said, please start your own topic if you need further advice and leave this one to the original poster.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Yeah I already contacted support, they've sent another router so we'll see if that solves the issue. Seems unlikely that the router would randomly stop working for no reason though.

Down detector shows a massive spike this evening at the exact time my internet stopped working, could be a coincidence but i am sceptical that the problem is on my end. But I guess we'll see when the new router arrives

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

@MediumSmallLarge

Down Detector always reports issues, it is just an aggregation of people reporting stuff and not necessarily a good guide to what the problem may be in your own case. Please start your own topic and the support team will be happy to help.

Same issue here, apparently there is no network issue but looking at down detector there are a lot of people with the similar problems
