Dear Community
I need to change my NAT Type to open to optimise my online gaming experience. It’s presently set to Moderate, I assume by default. I have a Safecom FAST5364 router. Would be grateful for help in achieving this.
Cheers
Darren

Thanks @DanMay94 @for helping out. Yep, Series X too but hardwired with an Ethernet. @Debbie-TalkTalk has asked me to power down the router for 30 mins to reset it, hopefully that will sort it🤞🏽

Hi Darren,
I recently opened a thread a few days ago as I am having the exact same issue with my Xbox Series X. After having played with it for a few days I got really stuck. Last night I tried hard wiring by Ethernet and so far I have had an open nat for a day, can you try hardwiring at all?

What specific issues are you experiencing when gaming?
