As per the subject, I am not being able to connect to my VPN using the router. Works fine when using my mobile as a hotspot.

I'm afraid my organisation's security restrictions do not let me see the protocol or the SW version.

Apologies for this. I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?
If possible can you also confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, this will help our Devices Team with their investigations.
