Cisco Any Connect VPN Not Connecting

As per the subject, I am not being able to connect to my VPN using the router. Works fine when using my mobile as a hotspot.

Thank you, My apologies for the late response, but can confirm that it is now working and the problem seems to have been resolved. Thank you!

I'm afraid my organisation's security restrictions do not let me see the protocol or the SW version.

Apologies for this. I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?

 

If possible can you also confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, this will help our Devices Team with their investigations.
