Hi @pelf619 regrettably it is a know current issue and TT are hard at work trying to find a fix. Sorry can't give a better answer than that. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
