Over a week now the Cisco AnyConnect VPN hasn't been working for me (there haven't been any issues for the past 3 years, it just started over a week ago). IT Support at work advised to contact TalkTalk as there seem to be some issues from the provider side. Please advise on how to proceed, thank you.
