Hi @Bwfcjack
Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?
Thanks
Michelle

I also have had this problem since Monday - how do I request the firmware discussed above? Was there a firmware update over the weekend which caused this?
Thanks

That's great, thanks for letting me know.
Your router should remain on this firmware now whilst our Devices Team continue with their investigations.

Morning,
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- TalkTalk Telephone number
- Alternative contact number
We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
Michelle

I am also having an IDENTICAL issue with AnyConnect ... was working Saturday, not working Monday (today); 2 hrs of TalkTalk online chat / testing hasn't resolved it.

Yes, that is fine. Let me just check something with TalkTalk.
@Debbie-TalkTalk This customer has the same problem with the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client.
