Claiming my £80 Gift Voucher

Hi,

I signed up to TalkTalk on 5/08/2021.

I have had no word on the £80 voucher so I contacted GiftCloud who responded with

"Unfortunately, we are not the suppliers of this offer"

and to contact "vouchers@broadbandchoices.co.uk"

who just sent me a generic email pointing me to a webpage about voucher offers.

 

I have a screenshot of the order screen which clearly states £80 gift voucher included.

 

Would you be able to look into this for me.

I'm going through exactly the same thing right now, I'm really sick of it now, I signed up back in November last year and was promised an £80 Gift voucher and have yet to receive it, I have been in contact with TalkTalk and Gift Cloud direct and I'm being fobbed off with please wait another 30 days!! I don't want to I've been really patient and would just like my voucher please!!??

The vouchers will be issued in the next few days. 

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.
